Blaine cast in "The Flamingo Kid"
Blaine has been cast in the upcoming reading of the Broadway bound musical adaptation of Garry Marshall's 1984 hit film "The Flamingo Kid."
Book and lyrics by Tony Award winner Robert L. Freedman (A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder) with music by Scott Frankel (Grey Gardens, War Paint) and will be directed by Tony Award winner Darko Tresnjak (Gentleman's Guide, Anastasia.)
This coming of age musical follows a Brooklyn teenager as he leaves behind his humble roots for the summer to work as a cabana boy at the glamorous El Flamingo Beach club.

Blaine cast in "For the Record"
Blaine will be starring as "The Geek" in the innovative hit musical "For The Record: The Brat Pack."
The show is a unique post-modern cabaret bringing together the scenes and songs of film director John Hughes and others, into one rocking musical theater experience.
As The Geek, Blaine will be playing iconic roles such as Ferris Bueller and Duckie from Pretty in Pink, as well as "the geek" role in many other films such as The Breakfast Club, Sixteen Candles, and many more!

Blaine has been nominated for a BroadwayWorld Los Angeles award for Best Featured Actor in a Musical for his performance as "Henry" in the Pico Playhouse production of "Next to Normal."
